What makes your artwork “energy-infused”?
Each piece is created through ritual. I paint with intention, often after meditation, energy clearing, or channelled guidance. Whether the focus is healing, sensuality, clarity or transformation, that energy is embedded in the work itself.
Do I need to be “spiritual” to connect with your work?
Not at all. You only need to feel. Many people who don’t identify as spiritual still connect deeply with the emotion, beauty or presence of the art. If it moves you, it is meant for you.
What’s the difference between a print and an original?
Originals carry the full ritual and texture of the moment they were created. They are one of a kind, deeply layered, and rich in energetic imprint. Prints are high-quality reproductions, more accessible but still meaningful, like an echo of the original energy.
How can I use altar cards in my spiritual practice?
Altar cards are visual anchors. Use them where you meditate, journal, bleed, set intentions, or rest. Carry one with you, include it in rituals, or gift it to someone who needs a reminder of their divinity. Each one carries an affirmation on the back to guide your practice.
Can I commission a personal piece?
Yes. Custom artworks are available if you are ready for a deeper energetic collaboration. Together, we explore what you want to activate or honour. These pieces become sacred mirrors for your personal journey.
How do I choose the right piece for me?
Let your body decide. Pay attention to the piece you keep returning to, or the one that stirs emotion. That is your soul recognising something it needs.

What is Reiki and how does it relate to your work?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that brings balance to your emotional, physical and spiritual systems. I am a Reiki practitioner, and often infuse both my creative process and sessions with this life force energy. The art becomes a vessel for healing just by being in your space.
What can I expect from a Reiki or shamanic healing session?
Every session is different, depending on what is present for you. Sessions may involve hands-on or distance healing, guided visualisation, energetic clearing, and integration through ritual or reflection. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, light or recharged.
Will I feel something straight away?
Some people feel sensations immediately such as warmth, tingling, or emotional release. For others it is more subtle or reveals itself later in dreams or shifts in perspective. Energy moves in its own timing and always finds the path of least resistance.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. My work is complementary, not clinical. It supports your journey but does not replace professional medical, psychological or psychiatric advice. Think of it as soul medicine for your deeper layers.
📦 SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide. Your location does not limit access to the art or energy work. All shipping costs are included in the price unless stated otherwise.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 21 working days depending on your location. Remote or harder to reach areas may take longer. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way, except for altar cards which are sent by second class post.
Can I return an original artwork?
Original artworks are non-returnable. However, if there is an issue such as damage during transit, I offer repairs if you send me pictures of damage within 30 days of receiving the piece. Please contact me as soon as possible with photos.
Can I return a print?
Prints are non-returnable. However, your statutory rights remain intact. If your print arrives damaged, please send clear photos within 7 days and I will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd
1. Shipping and Delivery
1.1 Items are shipped every Friday, subject to payment confirmation.
1.2 Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 14 working days for delivery in the UK, and may take up to 30 days outside of the UK. Please note that in the event of postal strikes or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer. We will make our best effort to inform you of any such delays.
1.3 For bespoke commissions, the production time is estimated to be between 4 to 6 weeks. Once a commission is complete, it will be shipped out on the following Friday.
1.4 International Orders and Customs Fees
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs applied by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. Love Hannington Art & Soul Ltd is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processes. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

2.3 All prices are in GBP, and Love Hannington Art & Soul Ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, the price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

3.1 Due to the nature of the art products sold, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund.

4.1 All intellectual property rights associated with the artwork, designs, and products offered by Love Hannington Art & Soul are and will remain the exclusive property of the artist Love Hannington.

Reiki and Energywork Policy
Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd Terms and Conditions for Reiki, Shamanic Energy Work, and Spiritual Coaching Services
1. Introduction This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions for the services provided by Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd (hereafter "the Practitioner") to you, the Client. These terms define the scope of services and mutual expectations to ensure clarity and respect for the healing process. By engaging with the Practitioner’s services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Client Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future session, depending on your preference. No Refunds Within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for refunds or credits. The full session fee will be charged. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not attend a session without prior notice (a “no-show”), or cancel within 48 hours, the full fee applies, with no refund. Rescheduling: When notice is given in time, the Practitioner will make reasonable efforts to reschedule to a mutually convenient time. Repeated last-minute changes may lead to reconsideration of ongoing bookings. Practitioner Cancellations: In rare cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, if the Practitioner needs to cancel, you will be informed promptly and offered a new appointment. If rescheduling isn’t possible, any prepaid fees will be fully refunded or credited, as you prefer. Refunds: Refunds for packages or prepaid blocks are handled individually. Generally, refunds are not offered except for unused sessions, prorated at the Practitioner’s discretion. All other sales are final.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Classes & Events Client Cancellations: Please notify at least 7 days in advance to cancel your place in a class or event. Refunds or credits may be given for cancellations made with sufficient notice. No Refunds Within 7 Days: Cancellations less than 7 days before the class or event start date are not eligible for refunds. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiting fees with no refund or credit. Practitioner Cancellations: If a class or event is cancelled by the Practitioner, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
4. Confidentiality Your privacy and trust are vital. All personal information, session content, and records are kept confidential and will never be shared without your explicit consent. Exceptions only apply when legally required (such as court orders) or if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others. In such cases, disclosure will be minimal and, whenever possible, you will be informed. Session notes and records are securely stored, in line with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
5. Liability Disclaimer No Guarantees: The services offered support your personal growth and healing but cannot guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on your engagement, effort, and unique circumstances. Not Medical Treatment: These services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. You should consult a healthcare professional for medical or mental health issues. The guidance given is intended to support well-being and should be followed with your own discernment. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including emotional distress or financial loss related to the services. Liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for decisions and actions following the sessions. The Practitioner is not liable for outcomes except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Client Responsibilities For the work to be effective, your active involvement is crucial: Honesty: Share accurate, full information about your health and circumstances. Keep the Practitioner informed of any relevant changes. Engagement: Participate fully in sessions and complete any recommended exercises. Punctuality: Arrive on time or be ready at the scheduled moment, especially for remote sessions. Notify the Practitioner promptly of any conflicts. Respect: Maintain respectful communication and behaviour. Express any discomfort or boundaries clearly. Health: Consult your healthcare provider as needed. Stop any guidance causing discomfort and inform the Practitioner. Feedback: Share questions or concerns so adjustments can be made to support you best. Failing to meet these responsibilities may affect the service’s effectiveness or lead to termination of the agreement.
7. Amendments & Governing Law Changes to Terms: Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be informed in writing of any changes. Continuing to use the services after notification means acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree, please notify the Practitioner; this may result in ending services. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under English courts unless an alternative resolution is mutually agreed. Dispute Resolution: Both parties agree to seek amicable resolution through open dialogue first. Mediation or arbitration may be considered before pursuing legal action. Acceptance By booking or attending sessions with Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and intend to be legally bound by them.

Subscribe for just £8.88/month (UK shipping included). A unique altar card will be posted on the between the 27th-31st of each month using Royal Mail 2nd Class post, arriving in 3-7 working days. The subscription cost is £8.88 per month, inclusive of all UK shipping and handling fees. This is a flat-rate fee that covers the production and delivery of one altar card per month.
3. Payment Process
Payment will be processed automatically each month on the date of your subscription activation.
Accepted payment methods include major debit and credit cards via secure online processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery
UK Shipping is included in the subscription fee.
Altar cards will be posted on the last Friday of each month via standard mail service.

5. International Subscribers

6. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time without incurring any cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month’s subscription.
If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will still receive the current month's altar card, and your subscription will be terminated afterward.
7. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for the monthly subscription fee once the payment has been processed. However, in the rare case that your altar card arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at hello@lovehannington.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will be happy to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or providing a credit towards your next month's subscription.
8. Product Details
Cards are postcard-sized (A6 or 4 x 6 inches), making them perfect for small altars, meditation spaces, or portable use.
Each card design is exclusive and unique to the month, adding a special energy to your collection.
We're sorry, but due to the unique nature of the products sold by Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd, we cannot accept returns. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
