'Sekhmet', is the Egyptian Goddess of War. She reminds us that righteous anger is sacred ; It encourages change for the better and helps us to relinquish the self-minimalisation of Black anger (see: "Angry Black Woman").

Pulling on different archetypes within the Divine Feminine has empowered me to move more deliberately in the world and in my own strength. This graceful warrior with the head of a Lionness, reminds us to stand in our pride.
