Service Description
Distance Reiki offers you a dedicated hour to pause, receive and reconnect with yourself. Sometimes life leaves us carrying more than we realise. You might feel emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or as though you've been holding everyone else together for too long. Whether you're moving through burnout, grief, anxiety, a life transition, or simply know it's time to receive rather than constantly give, you're warmly welcome here. We'll begin by meeting on Google Meet for a relaxed conversation. This is your opportunity to share what's been happening, ask any questions, and let me know what you'd like support with. There's no pressure to prepare anything in advance. When you're ready, we'll both turn off our cameras and microphones. You'll settle somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed, either lying down or sitting comfortably, while I send Reiki remotely. Every experience is different. Some people notice warmth, tingling, emotions, memories or imagery, while others simply experience a deep sense of rest. There is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki. After the session, we'll reconnect on Google Meet to gently reflect on your experience. If appropriate, I'll share any intuitive observations that arose during the session as reflections, alongside simple practices or journalling prompts to support you over the coming days. Distance Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice that supports relaxation, emotional processing and nervous system regulation. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological care. Please drink plenty of water before and after your session, and allow yourself time to rest afterwards if possible. This session may be suitable if you are: • Feeling burnt out, emotionally exhausted or overwhelmed. • Moving through grief or a life transition. • Living with everyday stress or anxiety. • Looking to reconnect with yourself through a gentle spiritual practice. • Seeking deep relaxation and space to receive. This session is not suitable if you are: • Currently experiencing psychosis, hallucinations, delusions or a significant loss of contact with reality. • Experiencing an acute mental health crisis requiring urgent clinical support. • Looking for Reiki as a replacement for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. • Seeking diagnosis, medical advice or guaranteed outcomes. Cancellation Policy
Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd Terms and Conditions for Reiki, Shamanic Energy Work, and Spiritual Coaching Services 1. Introduction This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions for the services provided by Love Hannington Art and Soul Ltd (hereafter "the Practitioner") to you, the Client. These terms define the scope of services and mutual expectations to ensure clarity and respect for the healing process. By engaging with the Practitioner’s services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Client Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future session, depending on your preference. No Refunds Within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for refunds or credits. The full session fee will be charged. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you do not attend a session without prior notice (a “no-show”), or cancel within 48 hours, the full fee applies, with no refund. Rescheduling: When notice is given in time, the Practitioner will make reasonable efforts to reschedule to a mutually convenient time. Repeated last-minute changes may lead to reconsideration of ongoing bookings. Practitioner Cancellations: In rare cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events, if the Practitioner needs to cancel, you will be informed promptly and offered a new appointment. If rescheduling isn’t possible, any prepaid fees will be fully refunded or credited, as you prefer. Refunds: Refunds for packages or prepaid blocks are handled individually. Generally, refunds are not offered except for unused sessions, prorated at the Practitioner’s discretion. All other sales are final. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Classes & Events Client Cancellations: Please notify at least 7 days in advance to cancel your place in a class or event. Refunds or credits may be given for cancellations made with sufficient notice. No Refunds Within 7 Days: Cancellations less than 7 days before the class or event start date are not eligible for refunds. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiting fees with no refund or credit. Practitioner Cancellations: If a class or event is cancelled by the Practitioner, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer
