Blue Lotus was revered by the Ancient Egyptians and once grew abundantly alongside the River Nile. It would be used Shamanistically due to its psychoactive properties.

When I began working with Blue Lotus, I would add her into Cacao, but then worked with her as a tea in plain boiled water, and then smoking.

I've found that she has a very "revelatory" soul, helping me tap into my inner wisdom. She's also a little bit of a trickster, helping you to learn to discern between what's real and what's an illusion.
